• Order details — the design, date, occasion, and any notes you add
• For deliveries: the recipient's name, phone, delivery address, and your card message

Why we collect it

Only to fulfill your order: confirming details, coordinating pickup or delivery, and contacting you about your flowers. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Payments

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card number never touches our website or our hands — we only see that a payment was completed and the order it belongs to.
